ok its summer time and i want to look good contained by tshirts and with a big belly and small booby it doesnt look right what do i eat do escirsize plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sustain i am deep troubleSmaller stomach?

mkay, don't pig out, drink healthy stuff contained by small portions, no chips or soda & other junk foods. Then wander at least similar to 30 minutes a day. and do crunches. you'll be set! it take a while though, don't expect it overnight.
Well you should just cut down on fatty foods and excersise for a indisputable amount of time everyday.
Excercise- lay flat on the floor lift your foot about a foot bad the ground hold for 10 seconds, drop, skulk 10 seconds, and afterwards do it again. do this atleast 5 times a day. my track coach made me do this, it sucks, but it works.
as for food, devour what you would normally devour, make your portions smaller, and cut out as much sugar as you can.
your best bet is to exercise, and try to cut down your meal but have smaller meal more freqrently to raise your matabolism.:)
