Have you lately gained weightiness? Been under profoundly of stress? Been spending more time than you normally do on your foot? Increased your sodium and/or potassium intake? Started or changed medications? Have only just started having menstrual cycle change (indicating peri-menopause)? Been diagnosed with hypertension? Started a trial diet or exercise regimen?
Any of these things can cause ankle swelling (edema). Its well-mannered you're going to your doc; at this point the possibilities are nearly endless.
Good luck.
it's most possible water retention, but your doctor can give support to you with that. it also may be a precursor to something else, not to upset you. a lot of form issues have alert signs.
if you are retaining water, and you're on your foot all daylight, it would cause them to swell. you may solitary notice after you've be off your foot and they start to hurt. talk to you doctor. if it's just water retention, she can afford you a water pill, or you can buy it over the counter at any pharmacy.
