Tampons on prescription?

Don;t yout think tampons should be free? Yes they cost to clear them BUT it's costs to make condoms the other contraceptives and you can attain those for free.Women don't have the CHOICE of have a period every month!Tampons on prescription?
Condoms are a fuc#ing luxury, tampons are a bleeding necessity.

Had to consult my wife on this one, she say yes they should be free, it`s not as if women have the choice here...
Certain organization do give out free condoms, but it's not close to you can go to the store and only just grab them and head off. It would be nice if they were free, and you can procure them through charity kind of stuff or condition classes. But not all condoms are free anyway.

totally agree, strangely so does my bf. I have a sneaking suspicion that that the basic bog standard should be available free (like the huge nappy approaching towels) and decent power stuff like Always and Tampax we should pay packet a lower price for!
As for Dr Frank's answer, i do believe that no one would be deprived of surgery or medication, we already retribution too much for prescriptions as it is, and for some of us who have to rely on medication to organize a normal time (or in my armour be able to breathe properly) own to pay for it, which is wrong!!
