Tampons!?

I can't seem to seize a tampon in. I don't know what my problem is... do you hold any tips? I almost got one surrounded by yesterday but then it fell out so i don't conjecture i had it within far enough but it manner of hurt. If you have any tips i'd appreciate it. gratitude.Tampons!?
Depending on how old you are and how developed your body is, you may not be capable of get a tampon contained by. Try to relax and use the smallest tampon you can find. Standing up and spreading your legs just a moment or two bit helps to get underway things up. Don't put it in straight up, angle it hindmost toward your spine. Don't force it, if it hurts too much, stick to pads.
You probably didn't put it contained by right. Stick to pads if you can't use tampons. Look on a teen strength site, they'll have more info and directions.
Try inserting it while you are standing up. Make sure that you also own the right size. Too large will hurt, and too small will not work right any as it may fall out, or it will not be ample protection, and you could end up bleeding out.
I strongly suggest getting a plastic applicator tampon to some extent than a cardboard one, at least until you are more comfortable next to using them. They slide so much easier and are easier to grip.
