Tampons....?

when should i start wearing tampons. i am 13 and have be on my period for a year. when should i switch from pad to tampons?Tampons....?
You can use tampons whenever you want. Most people use both (not at one and the same time). Depending on if you're sleeping, swimming, how light or weighty your period is. Do doesn`t matter what you're comfortable with.

whenever your comfortable, some family never use tampons and always use pad vise versa, it doesn't matter which one because they both do like thing.
Just clear sure the switch is what you really want and you're relaxed enough to try. If you are too nervous when inserting it it will be uncomfortable and remember if you do use tampons, translate them every 4 or 6 hours, if you don't have a chunky flow.
remember that they r both useful 4 differnt things, close to if u were swimming u wud any wear a tampon or not go swimmin deeply lol, but if u r goin 2 a club then wear a saitury townel, but remember that tampons can eb risky as there is a amazingly toxic disease that is unusual but if u get it consequently it can kill u, and also neva wear a tampon 2 bed u must not check out of them in 4 any longer than 3 hours! but as u r lone 13 i think u r a touch 2 young 2 be usin them i started usin mine at 14 u call for 2 responsible and no wat u r doing, thanx hun and hope this helps xxx
you don't own to switch but many find that tampons are easyer and masses allways use pads some use both a moment ago up to you but it is good that you own used pads for a year so you can gain the hang of it
