Stomach Pains?

I keep getting cramps within the lower part of my stomach, i put it down to time of the month but that's be and gone but the pain is still within. i've had it for roughly speaking 2 weeks now, its not nearby all the time it comes and go but when it comes my stomach feels tight and the niggle is almost crippling. anyone know what this could be?Stomach Pains?

i suffer from excruciating cramp type pains and this is because i suffer with ibs (irritable bowel syndrome)
within the lower abdomen, predominantly to the right, but also across my back and down my leg.

i take the really crampe like hurt and it feals similar to some one shot me..it herts that bad i finnaly started doing my day by day run and the hert dissaperd in resembling 10 min.and it stayed gone too..
quitre possibly wind. if you are holding it adjectives day at work/college or doesn`t matter what you are doing then it can raison d`¨otre similar pains to those of period pains.
