im 13 getting ready to turn 14 and im 129{somewhere around there}and im 5'3 and when i go to the doc she said i was fine but i want to procure my stomach off .my mom say to do sit-up but i HATE those things does any1 have any suggestions {my mom will not tolerate me go on a diet}Slim but not skinny?
curlups, thats what i do. if you really want to lose your stomach do them. oh and the go together ball works too. ive be doing 100 a day and its starting to show its effect. virtuous luck.
Exercise. try doing exercises that will tone the stomach muscles

Any exercies will give support to. No exercise makes one body sector thin. When you do sit ups, it make the msucles tighter their but doesn't make the flab go away any faster in attendance than on other parts of your body. Swimming and running will do the most good.
