So I've have a cold and it's going away but I enjoy no zest buds?

I'm lucky if I taste a lick of something adjectives day. The code is pretty much gone but I'm wondering why I can't appetite.. Is there anything I can do to go and get my taste buds up and running? =]So I've have a cold and it's going away but I enjoy no zest buds?
if its a chief cold, that is expected. stuffy muzzle of things like that, lessen your sense of love. because the smell and taste systems are associated.

It's your sense of smell that is wonky, still.
Tastebuds can singular differentiate between sweet, sour, bitter and salty(?). The rest come from your nose.
